We are looking forward to our week-long offsite in Cairo, taking place from Monday 23rd March to Friday 27th March 2026, celebrating our successes and looking to the future. The week will be a mix of team-building, sight-seeing and offsites by pillar to plan the year ahead.
We are now able to confirm further details, including the optional post-offsite trip to Luxor. Please see the relevant pages of this site to familiarise yourself with the draft agenda and make your decision on whether you will attend the Luxor portion of the trip, which will be paid for by the Firm. If you previously said you were not interested in the Luxor trip you are still very welcome to change your mind at this stage. We have also launched the flight portal through which you will book your travel to and from Cairo. We will be asking you to book your flights in two main phases.
Phase one, which is open now, is for all colleagues who wish to only attend the main offsite, i.e. those who will not be joining the optional trip to Luxor. Please review the agenda, select your flight preferences and fill out the form to secure them as soon as possible, before the December break. In most cases, Cairo-only participants have the option to arrive on Sunday March 22nd or Monday March 23rd and to return home on Thursday March 26th or Friday March 27th. There will be optional cultural activities in Cairo on Thursday, followed by an informal dinner.
Colleagues going on to Luxor will be asked to select flights in phase two, which will open in January. Luxor participants will generally leave Cairo for the trip on Thursday March 26th, departing Egypt either Saturday March 28th or Sunday March 29th.
